It's time to write a post about my experience with Weight watchers. I lost about 3 kilograms. It's not what I expected. I am happy that my weight is going down but after 2 months should be better.
The reason why I lost only 3 kg is my small trip to London, not always eating what I should etc. It's only my fault but on weight watchers I sometimes was hungry and grabbed some extra fast food.
I think about giving myself a big kick.
Again I did.
For the rest WW app is easy, user friendly, gives you nice tips how too loose weight. Will write more about it in a few weeks.
